For your satisfaction, comfort and convenience, UAFRIK delivers your memorable orders every day of the week (Monday through Sunday) from 6:30 GMT to 18:30 GMT.
Delivery schedule is dependent on the product type, quantity and its availability, the time your order is placed and the delivery destination.
All in-stock, intra-city domestic orders placed before midday are delivered on the same day.
In-stock, intra-city domestic orders placed after midday will be delivered on the following day.
Similarly, we dispatch on the same day or before the next midday, all in-stock, inter-city domestic orders placed before midday on the same day.
In-stock, inter-city domestic orders placed after midday will be dispatched on the following day.
Order delivery to International locations is dependent on the lead times of the delivery medium opted for by the customer; but, will generally be within 1 – 30 days subject to the applicable Terms and Conditions.
In-Stock item pick-ups In-store or from our Partner Shops are guaranteed within 1 – 48hrs from Order confirmation/Call.
If you are unavailable when our courier partner arrives with your delivery, they will make two best-effort attempts to reach you to arrange a work-around. If you’re still unavailable after the best-effort attempt, your order will be returned to us. Call us on our Customer Care numbers (+233 560 999 371/2) to arrange a work-around or schedule another delivery date and time that better suits you.
Depending on the circumstances, additional delivery charges may apply, or the item(s) may be returned to stock after a reasonable holding period, if the items are purchased on a Cash-On-Delivery payment option (in which case your credit worthiness score is downgraded) or if the items have already been paid for (in which case a refund less any incurred service charges is processed and credited into your UAFRIK account.
In-Store and Partner Shop pick-up of orders are free of charge.
However, order delivery intra-city (within Accra) and Inter-city (Cities in Ghana but outside Accra) attract a flat-rate delivery charge of GHC 10.
Order delivery charges to International destinations (Outside Ghana) is dependent on the destination, the customer’s preferred delivery channel and any additional charges that may apply for shipping to the provided address.
Your delivery charges will be displayed during the checkout process.
Note also that, additional or differential delivery charges may apply on such occasions as, Promotions, Special Offers, Special Sales and the like; or for larger quantity, size or weight of products that cannot be reasonably delivered on the flat rate domestic delivery pricing.
In such instances however, you will be notified for your consent either during the checkout process while ordering or during the order confirmation and processing stage before delivery is initiated.
You can cancel your order or a part of your order online on www.uafrik.com or through the UAFRIK APP (coming soon) so long as you do so before it has been processed.
If the order has already been dispatched, you can wait for it to arrive and then reject the delivery by completing the return form. Note, however that, the delivery cost will be charged to you.
We may do such checks as it deems fit before approving the receipt of buyers’ commitment to pay (especially for Cash on Delivery transactions) transaction price for security or other reasons at our discretion.
Following such checks, if UAFRIK is not satisfied with the credibility of the buyer, the genuineness of the transaction or the transaction price, it will have the right to reject the receipt of buyers’ commitment to pay the transaction price and may subsequently decline the related order.
UAFRIK, shall solely be responsible for the fulfilment of all your orders by providing you such services as invoicing, receipt of payment, delivery, exchange and return of products, after sales service or support (if any).
You shall be solely responsible for providing the correct and accurate postal, shipping or delivery address details if you require UAFRIK to deliver your purchased product(s)/order.
Risk of loss and title for the Products shall pass to you upon delivery of your purchased Products by the Logistics Supplier acting for or on behalf of UAFRIK.
UAFRIK will not be responsible or liable for any delays in the shipping of your ordered and/or purchased Product(s), lost or missing Product(s) or the incorrect delivery of Product(s) to you, if it is determined that, the said infraction was due to inaccurate, false or incomplete shipping or delivery information provided by you.
However, should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, in error/not ordered by you, please contact us immediately at email@example.com or on our Customer Care numbers (+233 560 999 371/2) and arrange for the Product(s) to be returned to us.
