Return Process

You are right, UAFRIK returns are so easy and makes our customers happy.

But some products are just not returnable, Please Check our Return Policy for details.

We have four (4) options for you, just follow any one (1) of them you are most comfortable with to make a return if necessary …

1. REQUEST RETURN ON UAFRIK WEBSITE


1.Request return online

Login on UAFRIK website, Go to My Account > Order History, select the products you want to return and place a return request.

2. Package & seal your product(s)

Wrap and seal the product(s) in their original packaging and ensure that all tags are intact.

3. Hand over your return product(s)

Our courier service will contact you and pick it up within 2 – 5 working days. They’ll give you an acknowledgement receipt when they do. You may also opt to deliver it to our nearest store and collect an acknowledgment receipt

4. Receive your refund

We’ll check your returns, and credit your refund to your card, bank account or wallet. If you’ve paid by cash, you’ll receive a Credit Note to redeem.

Login on UAFRIK mobile APP, Go to My Account > Orders, select the products you want to return and place a return request.

2. Package & seal your product(s)

Wrap and seal the product(s) in their original packaging and ensure that all tags are intact.

3. Hand over your return product(s)

Our courier service will contact you and pick it up within 2 – 5 working days. They’ll give you an acknowledgement receipt when they do. You may also opt to deliver it to our nearest store and collect an acknowledgment receipt.

We’ll check your returns, and credit your refund to your card, bank account or wallet. If you’ve paid by cash, you’ll receive a Credit Note to redeem.

3.REQUEST RETURN IN OUR SHOP


1. Visit a UAFRIK shop with your product(s)

Wrap and seal your products in their original packaging and bring them over to your nearest UAFRIK Shop. Ensure that all tags are intact.

2. Fill out an item return slip

Wrap and seal your products in their original packaging and bring them over to your nearest UAFRIK Shop. Ensure that all tags are intact.

3. Hand over your return product(s)

An authorized UAFRIK staff will check and take your package and hand you an acknowledgement receipt.

4. Receive your refund

We’ll check your returns, and credit your refund to your card, bank account or wallet. If you’ve paid by cash, you’ll receive a Credit Note to redeem.

4. CALL TO SCHEDULE A PICK-UP


1. Call for a pick-up

Call our customer care (+233 560 999 371/2) to schedule a pick-up time and location for the return product(s).

2. Package & seal your product(s)

Wrap and seal the product(s) in their original packaging and ensure that all tags are intact.

3. Hand over your return product(s)
