What is your policy on returns?

We understand that due to some undesirable situations, you may occasionally wish to return or exchange your purchases. We are happy to ease your worry with our friendly return/exchange process.

You shall however be eligible for an exchange if the product is available and in stock.

But for obvious reasons, we do not accept returns/exchange for below items:

– Bras, Panties, Briefs, Shapewear, Boxers, Under Vests, Caps, Bags/handbags, Swimwear, Foot wear, Socks, fashion jewelry and art-work (Note: This list is updated periodically at our discretion)

Please return your items in their original packaging, within 5 Calendar days for Domestic deliveries or 30 Calendar days for International deliveries. Double-check that you’ve included all the tags, accessories, promotional gifts and warranty cards that came with your order.

What is your policy on cancellations?

You can cancel your order or a part of your order online on UAFRIK or through the UAFRIK APP (coming soon) as long as you do so before it has been processed.

If the order has already been dispatched, you can wait for it to arrive and then reject the delivery by completing the return slip. Note, however that, the delivery cost will be charged to you.

Also note that, you can also cancel products you’ve bought during a sale.
Once you’ve cancelled an order, your refund will be credited to your card, bank account or wallet once we’ve finished processing the cancellation.

Will you accept a return if I’ve discarded the outer packaging?

Yes. When scheduling a return by calling us on +233 560 999 371/2, please wrap the returned products before handing them over to our courier partner. We will however, need confirmation of the order details to enable us process your refund.

Will you accept a return for a product bought in a sales promo?

If you want to return or exchange part, or all of a product(s) bought in a sales promo or a special discount sale, call Customer Service or return the product to store. Please note, you will only be able to place an online return request if you’re returning the entire order.
Once we receive and validate the returned items, we will issue your refund to your UAFRIK Account, Bank Account or Mobile Money Wallet as the case may be.

Please note however that, in case of promotions or special discount sales, you are only eligible for a size exchange for the same product, if in stock. And for refunds for promotional or special discount items, you are eligible for only the amount you have committed to the product less any charges due.

How will I receive my refund if I make a successful return?

Your return request is successful once all necessary validations are completed and the return request is approved by UAFRIK. Once successful, this is how your refund will work:

  1. If you return your order by calling Customer Support, you can ask for a refund into your Mobile Money Wallet, a refund credited to your UAFRIK Account (if you’re a registered user) or a bank transfer.
  2. If you return to our store or a partner shop, you can request a cash refund, a refund into your Mobile Money Wallet, a refund credited to your UAFRIK Account (if you’re a registered user) or a bank transfer.
  3. If you place an online or UAFRIK APP return request, you’ll receive a refund credited to your UAFRIK Account. You may however provide your account information with instruction as an additional information if you require a refund into your Mobile Money Wallet or a bank transfer. You may also follow-up to our store or a partner shop for a cash refund once all necessary validations and approvals are completed and the refund credited into your UAFRIK Account.


Please note however that, for Bank Transfer and Mobile Money Wallet Refunds, you are required to provide a valid and accurate account information as UAFRIK will not be liable or responsible for any refund delays or losses due to inaccurate account information provided us.
